1 Assessments

We are accredited practitioners of the Barrett Cultural Transformational Tool and use these to determine the current values alignment between staff, the current organisational culture and the organisational culture required to support your business and diversity goals.

The assessment comprehensively analyses the data from the leaders and employees to provide a detailed road map for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

We produce a report with recommendations for the business that will guide the next phase of the journey.

 

2 Focus Groups

If the cultural assessment identifies particular demographic groups experiencing greater dissatisfaction with the workplace culture than others, we will conduct a number of additional targeted focus groups and use the systems lens to

  • gain further insights into issues and concerns
  • identify systemic or other discriminatory practices
  • identify high leverage strategies to address these specific issues.
